3. Make sure to provide your device passcode or password*

* It’s necessary to test the device function before and after repair.
If we won’t receive your passcode then we won’t be able check thoroughly your device.
Make sure backup your data.
If device can’t be restored (data wiped) please let us know, we will remove your data if necessary (only in extreme cases)

4. Prepare the package

What to send ?

For any iPhone or iPod – complete phone as it is.

We will disassemble/reassemble for you as part of the service.

 

For any iPad – complete device as it is (for end customers only)

Disassembly / reassembly for end customers is a part of our service. 

Disassembled device (separated digitiser) for shops.

Disassembly for shops extra £15.

We are not responsible for any damage of the screen.

We will NOT reassembly it for shops. Shop boards repairs only !

 

For other device for microsoldering  please prepare all details required, based on your quote for the repair.

 

For MacBook repair – complete device with MagSafe power adapter.

Assembly/disassembly is included for MacBook service.

If you live locally, just let us know and arrange an appointment.

Once your device is received, we will create a ticket on the system. You will receive confirmation of delivery and a ticket number. You will be able to check there for the latest updates, photos etc…

Any comments, changes are very welcome.

After repair your device will be thoroughly tested unless we haven’t received your passcode. Then we will check only what we fixed. If everything will be fine or we will be able retrieve your data (liquid damaged devices), we will send you an email with an invoice with our PayPal account to provide payment.

Once payment is complete, the device will be shipped back to you by RM Special Delivery (Tracking number will be provided to your email).

If your device will be NOT FIXED, then you will receive an email describing an issue and we will return your device on your address. We will just charge a return postage fee £7.50 (Phone and Tablet) or £25 (MacBook)

No Fix = No Diagnostic Fee and Warranty Details.

We do not charge a labour fee for devices that we can’t fix, even if we’ve spent hours troubleshooting!

 

Disclaimer:

Screen/digitizer replacement:

Without passcode we can’t test your device before and after repair.

Without passcode any revealed faults unrelated to our repair are not covered under warranty.

We do not take a responsibility for issues with home button.
They are very fragile and in extreme rare cases have a tendency to stop working after removing from original screen/digitizer.

Screens/digitizers are covered for 12 months warranty but not if device is bent or physically damaged after repair.

Peripheral replacement:

Without passcode we can’t test your device before and after repair.

Without passcode any revealed faults unrelated to our repair are not covered under warranty.

In extreme cases, due to inappropriate usage (dropped, bent device) and motherboard design flaws (cold solder joints, cracked tracks) secondary issue may develop.

Warranty for replaced parts is 6 months.
Warranty for replaced batteries is 3 months.

Motherboard repair:

Without passcode we can’t test your device before and after repair.

Without passcode any revealed faults unrelated to our repair are not covered under warranty.

In extreme cases, due to inappropriate usage (dropped, bent device) and motherboard design flaws (cold solder joints, cracked tracks) secondary issue may develop.

Warranty for motherboard repair is 6 months. Warranty is only for the issue we have repaired. Not for any other faults unrelated to our repair.

No warranty for liquid damaged devices.

In extreme cases data can be lost.

All motherboards repairs are carried out at the owners risk

 

We will do as much as we can to revive our device back to fully functionality.
